On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Visit the current competition page, choose the number of tickets you want, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to be logged in. An optional fun question may appear, but it never affects your entry — every valid ticket goes into the draw.

Yes. Each competition has a maximum tickets per person limit, displayed on the competition page. Buying more tickets means more entries and more chances to win. Every valid ticket is entered into the draw.

Yes. You can enter for free by post. Send your full name, full postal address, date of birth, an email address or phone number, and the name of the competition to our postal address. No question is required. See the Rules page for full details. Each separately posted letter counts as one free entry, and you may send multiple entries up to the competition's Entry Limit (shared with any paid tickets).

All your tickets are visible in your account dashboard, along with their numbers and which competition they're for.

All payments are processed securely by DNA Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Legion Comps never stores your card details — they go directly to DNA Payments' secure hosted checkout.

We accept all major debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via DNA Payments. Credit cards cannot be used, as DNA Payments rejects them for prize competition purchases. Open Banking (Pay by Bank) via TrueLayer is not currently available — we're in discussions to enable it soon.

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased and your entry has been allocated to the draw. If a competition is cancelled by Legion Comps before the draw date, full refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 working days.

Check that your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds. Your bank may also have declined the transaction — try contacting them. If the problem persists, try a different card or contact us for assistance.

No. Instant win prizes are confirmed immediately when revealed, regardless of your answer to the fun question. If your ticket is an instant winner, you keep that prize even if you answered the question wrong — or didn't answer it at all.

The optional question is multiple-choice and relates to Warhammer 40,000 or Age of Sigmar lore, rules, or models — just for fun. It's designed to be answerable by anyone with a general interest in the hobby, and your answer never affects your entry.

Legion Comps operates as a lawful prize competition under the Gambling Act 2005 because we offer a free postal entry route with identical chance of winning. The optional Warhammer question is for engagement only and has no legal function.

Some competitions hide instant win prizes within specific ticket numbers. When you purchase and reveal one of these tickets, you win the associated prize immediately — no need to wait for the main draw.

You'll be notified immediately on screen when you reveal a winning ticket, and you'll receive a confirmation email to your registered address. Your dashboard will also show the win.

Follow the instructions in your winner notification email. You'll need to confirm your delivery address. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited and cannot be retrospectively claimed.

Yes. Winning an instant prize does not affect your other valid entries' eligibility for the main draw. You can win both an instant prize and the main draw prize.

The draw takes place automatically when all tickets in a competition are sold, or on the advertised closing date — whichever comes first. The closing date is displayed on each competition page.

A winning ticket is selected at random from all valid entries using a cryptographically secure random number generator. The draw is fully audited and logged for compliance purposes. No human intervention affects the outcome.

Winners are notified by email to their registered address within 24 hours of the draw. Winners are also published by surname and county on the Hall of Victory page.

Winners must respond within 7 days to confirm their prize claim. If no response is received within 28 days of initial notification, a re-draw is conducted from the remaining valid entries. See the full Terms & Conditions for details.

Legion Comps supports all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest two major versions). For the best experience, ensure your browser is up to date. Internet Explorer is not supported.

Some banks block online competition or gaming-related purchases by default. Try contacting your bank to authorise the transaction, or use a different payment method. Ensure your billing address matches what's registered with your card issuer.
